The Arts – Eligibility Criteria

The Foundation supports causes that were of particular interest to the settlor family particularly but not limited to illustrative art.

In the current grant round the trustees will be looking for charities with projects that demonstrate:

  1. Visualisation made by an artist to explain information – this can be a drawing, a painting, a photograph, or even a collage, as long as it retains its purpose to visually represent a story, facts and details.
  2. Development of the potential of young people in the visual arts with an emphasis on painting and drawing.
  3. Support for the art of Illustration.

The Foundation is not able to accept applications from individuals or for individual research or study. This includes gap year activities, fundraising expectations and sponsorship.

Please see our ‘how to apply page’ if you are eligible to make an application.
